Ardmore itself is a peated Highland producer, and this 11-year-old expression is bottled at cask strength (60.2% ABV), non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. Distilled in December 2014, it spent eleven years maturing in refill hogsheads before bottling in January 2026. The nose reveals earthy woodsmoke, citrus peel, and rose petals – a genuine interplay between the peat and brighter fruit notes. The palate is silky and layered, with orange zest, dark chocolate, and old leather. The finish lingers with smoke and dry warmth, a testament to Ardmore's peating character and the maturity the spirit has gained.
