This is the seventh release in Cotswolds Distillery's annual Hearts & Crafts series, a collection honouring the Arts & Crafts movement that flourished in the Cotswolds during the late 19th century. That movement championed traditional craftsmanship and hand-made quality—the same principles on which the distillery itself was founded. This limited-edition bottling will not be repeated once stocks are exhausted. Matured entirely in hand-selected Madeira casks and bottled non-chill filtered, this single malt sits at 54% ABV and displays a striking garnet-rose hue that signals the fruit-forward influence of its wood. On the nose and palate, the Madeira cask imprint is unmistakable: dark stone fruits, toffee, and toasted spice layer across the mouth. The full strength delivers weight and texture, with confectionery sweetness balanced by wood tannins. The finish carries a thread of red wine sweetness and lingering oak warmth.
