The Winter Edition is specifically designed for the colder months, emphasizing warm, spiced character suited to the season. This mellow rye whisky marries traditional Dutch craftsmanship with modern distilling. The blend balances rye's softer, fruity side with full malt tones, supported by subtle spice and honey notes. On the nose, rye, orange, and spice emerge clearly. The palate reveals yellow fruits, vanilla, and honey, with a short to medium finish. At 43% ABV, the spirit is well-integrated—an approachable, characterful Dutch whisky without pretense.
