Wolfburn 10 Year Old World Cup Edition Scotland v Haiti

12 Year Old World Cup Edition Scotland v Brazil
About
Wolfburn created this trio of World Cup whiskies to mark Scotland's return to the World Cup in 2026, with each bottling tied to a group-stage match. This 12-year-old edition, dedicated to Scotland's fixture against Brazil, stands as the flagship of the collection. The distillery, situated on Scotland's northern mainland and named after the Wolf Burn that flows to the North Sea, positions this as the most mature and considered of the three releases. Twelve years of maturation in Oloroso and ex-bourbon casks have built a complex, layered character. The nose blends sweetness and florals with soft peat smoke. On the palate, depth emerges through honey and brûléed sugar, layered with spice and sherry richness. The finish is long, with fruit and caramel lingering to the close. Wolfburn invites enthusiasts to pour this bottling with the same conviction Scotland brings when facing one of the world's footballing giants. Limited release—no further bottles will be produced once summer ends.
