The distillery, situated on Scotland's northern mainland and named after the Wolf Burn that flows to the North Sea, positions this as the most mature and considered of the three releases. Twelve years of maturation in Oloroso and ex-bourbon casks have built a complex, layered character. The nose blends sweetness and florals with soft peat smoke.
