Clynelish returns to independent bottlers with this 11-year-old single malt from Càrn Mòr, a range by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. With only 264 bottles produced, this is a rare release that captures the distinctive character of this Highland distillery. This bottling marks a welcome return of disclosed Clynelish expressions after a period when many whisky's from this distillery were released without attribution.

Matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled at 52.4% ABV, this whisky displays the full expressivity of its source. The elevated alcohol level and bourbon cask maturation deliver a robust, well-balanced profile characteristic of Clynelish. The spirit spent 11 years developing its complexity in quality wood.

The nose opens with bright fruits—apple, kiwi, and peach—followed by buttery and waxy notes with hints of icing sugar. On the palate, a creamy texture reveals crystallised honey, chalk, wet pebbles, and white pepper, complemented by ripe yellow fruits. The finish is medium-length with vanilla-like notes, stewed apple, and pear.
