Dalmore created this whisky specifically for those who enjoy their dram alongside a fine cigar. The composition reveals the strategy: American ex-bourbon casks, aged Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts, and Cabernet Sauvignon barriques blend to create a profile that is both rich and structured.
The nose unfolds with cinnamon and vanilla, followed by tropical fruit and banana. On the palate, red berries and toffee emerge, with hints of ginger and spice. The finish brings orange and bergamot, rounded out by a peppery, smoky note that pairs seamlessly with the intended companion.
