Small Batch No.1

The Busker is a contemporary Irish whisky brand born from modern Ireland, where the bold and adventurous meet tradition at the crossroads. Small Batch No. 1 marks the introduction of their single malt range, triple-distilled at Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow.

This single malt is matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry European oak butts—a double-aging approach that delivers both the full character of bourbon maturation and the refined complexity of sherry influence. The combination yields a deep, golden-amber spirit with considerable depth.

On the nose, warm sweetness emerges alongside orchard fruit, wood spice, and a subtle earthiness. The palate shows caramel, toffee, and brown sugar notes, balanced by nutty undertones and restrained oak. The finish is pleasantly long and slightly drying, with lingering vanilla and cinnamon.
