Laphroaig was founded in 1815 by brothers Alexander and Donald Johnston on Islay's rugged southern coast. This Sherry Cask Finish honours that legacy: ten years matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry wood. The combination softens the edges without surrendering the distillery's signature peat character.
