Yamazakura is a blended whisky from Sasanokawa Shuzo, a Japanese spirits producer with roots stretching back to 1765. The name draws from 'yama' (mountain) and 'sakura' (cherry blossom), both quintessentially Japanese. This Fine expression blends four malt whiskies with grain, bottled at 40% ABV.

The nose is complex without being demanding, opening with grain and floral notes, followed by vanilla and caramel. On the palate, the blend reveals itself as rich and balanced, with a honeyed sweetness tempered by the spirit's natural burn. The finish is short but clean, with malt leading the way.
