The Busker is a contemporary Irish whiskey brand that distils all three classic Irish styles under one roof at the Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow. This single malt draws on traditional methods: triple distillation in large copper stills, using mineral-rich water from the surrounding mountains.

Matured in American bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, it develops a deep golden colour and layered flavour. The whisky is crafted from 100% malted barley, honouring Irish distilling heritage while pursuing a distinctly modern character.

On the nose, malt and grain lead, with vanilla and toffee emerging. The palate delivers intense spice and pepper, balanced by sweetness and warmth, while the finish stretches long with lingering cinnamon, citrus, and cereal notes.
