VO

Seagram's VO is a Canadian blended whisky born from a personal commission. In 1916, Thomas Seagram asked the company's master blender to create a special blend for his wedding — so successful that it became the house signature. The name 'VO' stands for 'Very Own', honouring the private use for which it was originally crafted for the Seagram family.

The blend is built on whiskies aged at least six years, produced at the former Waterloo Distillery in Ontario. This foundation delivers a whisky that is creamy and approachable, with a medium body that makes no demands.

On the nose: vanilla, caramel, and toffee, with subtle hints of rye spice and oak. The palate is butterscotch-sweet, offering notes of honey and light fruit — marmalade and brown sugar — that fade quickly into a dry, brief finish. This is a whisky that drinks without pretension, neat or on the rocks, and shines in longdrinks and classic cocktails.
