Millstone 92

Straight Barrel Proof
High West was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins in Park City, Utah—the state's first legal distillery since Prohibition. Campfire grew from their vision to blend three whisky traditions: a peated Scottish malt, American bourbon, and rye. The result is an unusual blend that holds all three characters in balance rather than letting one dominate.
The composition—bourbon, rye, and smoked malt—gives Campfire its signature. Where many American blends lean toward one dominant style, High West treats three equal partners here, each supporting the others without drowning them out.
On the nose, honey and smoke emerge together, with salt and subtle spice from the rye. The palate brings butter and caramel forward, with a smoky undertone that never overwhelms. The finish carries bourbon's warmth, tempered by rye's pepper and a final whisper of smoke.
