Blended

Onikishi takes its name from two Japanese words: 'Oni' (demon) and 'Kishi' (knight) – a name embodying the strength and tradition behind this blended whisky. Created by Milestone Beverages and Global Drinks Limited, the brand was designed to blend Japanese craftsmanship with modern palate preferences. This blended whisky combines approximately 70% grain with 30% malt, resulting in a smooth, approachable profile that stands apart from typical Japanese single malts.

Matured in white oak barrels and bottled at 43% ABV, Onikishi offers a balanced composition that works well neat or on ice. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, honey, and subtle oak with underlying floral hints. On the palate, honey and vanilla emerge, leading to a soft, mellow finish.
