Established in 2015, GlenWyvis Distillery is the first community distillery, crafted by the hands of over 3,000 local investors from Dingwall. This particular release, batch 01/19, was distilled in 2019 and showcases the essence of its origins. On the palate, GlenWyvis - 20/19 presents a vibrant array of fresh fruit flavors, inviting the senses to explore its complexity. This whisky has matured gracefully in three different ex-wine casks, including red wine barrels, which impart a unique character and depth.
