Produced at the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, this bourbon is matured in standard American oak barrels. The result is accessible and clean, without the weight of much older expressions.

The nose reveals a fruity character — cherry, orange, and cinnamon-raisin bread — supported by vanilla and toffee notes. On the palate, warmth and spice take centre stage, with pepper and cinnamon dominating, while oak and caramel provide balance. The finish is peppery and short, leaving a clean exit.
