Shamrock

Kirker & Greer traces its roots to 1885, when Archibald Kirker and William Greer established their blending operation in Belfast. Shamrock is their celebration of Irish heritage: a blend of six whiskeys drawn from each of Ireland's four provinces, bringing together the three classic Irish whiskey styles — the fruity lightness of grain whisky, the complexity of single malt, and the creamy spice of oloroso-matured spirit.

The whisky matures in bourbon and sherry casks, which builds the full flavour profile. This is no heritage marketing exercise but a thoughtful composition that bridges tradition and contemporary taste.

On the nose, malty notes emerge alongside subtle floral hints. The palate unfolds brown sugar sweetness, ground ginger warmth, stewed apple and sultana, with a touch of orange. The finish is soft and lingers pleasantly.
