Heaven's Door is musician Bob Dylan's venture into American whiskey, rooted in his passion for Kentucky's spirit heritage. The Straight Rye was inspired by winemakers Dylan encountered in Napa Valley and finished in Vosges oak barrels, adding refined layers to the core recipe.

Sourced from Tennessee Distilling Group and bottled at 43%, this rye blends 70% corn, 22% rye, and 8% malted barley for a rounded, approachable profile. The mash bill delivers smoothness without harshness.

The nose is delicate, opening with vanilla and cherry-cola notes. On the palate, spice and clove emerge early, becoming more complex as the whisky evaporates across the tongue—grilled pineapple and subtle oak developing in tandem. The finish is marked by strong vanilla, peanut brittle, and nutmeg, with honeyed beeswax undertones from the new American oak foundation, amplified by the Vosges oak finish.
