Distilled on May 16, 2008, this whisky spent over three years maturing in French cognac casks before being bottled in 2021. On the nose, you'll discover aromas of Scottish heather, lavender, green apples, and apricot, complemented by cranberry and orange zest. The palate is medium-bodied, featuring sweet tropical fruits, honey, and vanilla, with a touch of white pepper and cinnamon for added depth.
