This blended Scotch marries single malts and single grains matured for seven years in American oak barrels, delivering a characteristically sweet, vanilla-forward profile. The American oak casks impart a warmth and accessibility that sets this blend apart from traditional Scottish expressions. Rather than pursuing subtlety, American Barrel leans into richness: toffee, honey, and vanilla form the backbone, supported by hints of red apple and citrus.
