About

Dram Mor is an independent bottler focused on single casks from across Scotland. This Campbeltown Blended Malt is a rare opportunity: a blend of malts from one of Scotland's most distinctive regions, matured in refill bourbon and bottled at full cask strength (57.2%). Only 250 bottles were produced. Campbeltown, situated on the Mull of Kintyre, carries a rich but turbulent history. In the late 19th century the region was celebrated as 'The Whisky Capital', yet many distilleries vanished. Yet the region refused to disappear—and this blending honours that resilience by combining the characters of multiple Campbeltown malts. On the nose: honey sweetness and sea salt, with hints of ozone. The palate brings white pepper, coastal vanilla, and mixed dried fruits from the bourbon maturation. The finish lingers long and peppery, with toffee notes and a mineral edge. A young dram full of texture and clarity—ideal for anyone seeking Campbeltown's distinctive character without committing to a single malt's full intensity.
