This is a travel retail exclusive of Bushmills' 21 Year Old, bottled at 46% ABV with an additional finishing step that sets it apart from the standard release. The spirit matures for approximately 18 years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks before being transferred to first-fill Marsala wine casks for a secondary phase. This three-wood concept is a deliberate statement: the Marsala influence is unmistakable, yet Bushmills' signature fruitiness remains intact.

On the nose, richness emerges—brown sugar, toasted oak, and cherry jam, then shifting toward tropical notes of pineapple, peach, and ripe mango. The palate reveals wine-forward character: clove, chocolate, black cherry, and red wine gums, later joined by caramelized walnuts and honey. The finish is long and warming, anchored by chocolate, candied ginger, and toasted oak.
