Honey
Tullamore Dew Honey is an Irish whiskey liqueur that takes the triple-distilled foundation of Tullamore Dew and infuses it with natural honey. The brand itself dates to 1829 and owes its name to Daniel Edmund Williams (D.E.W.), who as general manager and later owner of the Tullamore Distillery elevated the whiskey to prominence. 'Tullamore' itself derives from Tulach Mhór, meaning 'great mound' in Irish.
This liqueur is built on a blend of three whiskey styles: Pot Still, Malt, and Grain. That triple distillation provides a light, approachable base onto which the honey adds warmth and sweetness. The result is a spirit suited to sipping neat or mixing into cocktails.
In the glass, a golden-amber hue. On the nose, sweet honey emerges alongside caramel and subtle spice. The palate echoes that honey character, joined by vanilla, herbal notes, and cereal undertones, finishing with a clean, gentle fade.
