This 26-year-old Ben Nevis is a limited-edition bottling from Club Qing, a collector-focused label known for distinctive cask releases. Ben Nevis, founded in 1825 by the legendary 'Long John' McDonald in the Scottish Highlands, is recognised for its fruity, well-balanced character. This 1998 vintage showcases the maturity developed across more than two decades of aging. The nose reveals candied citrus—oranges and lemon tart notes—complemented by ripe orchard fruits with a subtle sweetness. The palate opens with a lively malt attack that evolves into gentle fruity impressions, while the finish remains soft and persistent with lingering fruitiness.
