Saint Brandarius is a Dutch single malt from Isle of Schylge Drinks on Terschelling. This limited release begins in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then spends two years finishing in a 55-litre heavy charred ex-cranberry cask — an unconventional choice that shapes the entire profile.

The heavy charred ex-cranberry wood imparts a fiery, fruity character. Despite cask strength at 54.9% ABV, the whisky remains surprisingly approachable and soft, with a rich, full body and pronounced spicy notes of ginger and pepper.
