Phoenix Rising is a limited edition from Glen Moray that brings together Speyside's classic elegance with contemporary cask craftsmanship. This single malt was matured in bourbon casks before finishing in new charred oak, adding a rich layer of warmth and complexity. The result is a whisky that rewards exploration, balancing traditional Speyside character with modern spice and depth.

On the nose, creamy caramel and vanilla emerge alongside subtle coconut and toasted oak notes. The palate is smooth and inviting, with caramel, vanilla, and oak enlivened by peppery spice and gentle ginger warmth. The finish sees the woody spice gradually fade, leaving behind a lingering sweetness of vanilla and toffee that encourages another sip.
