This whisky, bottled at a robust 61.9% ABV, represents the distillery's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, being the first single cask release outside the UK. On the palate, this expression reveals a vibrant profile with notes of leafy freshness, citrus bursts, and hints of vanilla. The underlying dry cereal and oak add complexity, making it a well-rounded experience. Distilled on July 22, 2015, and bottled in 2019, only 254 bottles were produced, showcasing an intense and fruity Lowland style with fresh citrus and freshly cut grass aromas, complemented by the vanilla characteristics derived from American oak casks.
