The Ultimate

The Ultimate is a cask strength Highland single malt from Edradour, one of Scotland's smallest distilleries. On the nose, dark fruity aromas emerge—dried figs, Medjool dates, black raisins, roasted nuts and cocoa. The palate reveals peppery spices, toasted wood and sweet notes of sugar cookies and malted milk, interspersed with orange zest and herbs. The finish is warm and lingering, with dry oak tones and a peppery tingle that reflects its cask strength intensity.
