Scallywag Noir is a dark and brooding blended malt whisky from Douglas Laing, distinguished by its predominant finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This expression delivers a full, velvety texture and rich character, with the sherry finish playing a defining role in its profile.

The nose reveals ripe dark fruits—blackberries and blueberries—alongside subtle chocolate and honeyed notes. On the palate, expect a buttery, creamy mouthfeel with charred oak, warming spices such as cloves and black pepper, complemented by honey and vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dark fruit and spice notes that fade gradually.
