Bunnahabhain's Mòine is a 12-year-old Single Malt from Islay with a distinctive, subtle smoky character. Produced at Scotland's northernmost distillery on the island, this whisky strikes a compelling balance between fruitiness and restrained peat influence. At a robust 54.6% ABV, it unfolds with full intensity and complexity on the palate. The nose reveals fresh florals, dried citrus peel, and an elegant peat note interwoven with spice and sweet caramel. On the palate, a full, oily arrival develops into earthy tones, salty liquorice, black pepper, and green apple, complemented by vanilla and berry fruits. The finish lingers with hints of tobacco, burnt caramel, and coffee, with a distinctive oak-driven warmth.
