About

Rosebank 12 Year Old is a rare and highly collectible Lowland single malt from the now-closed Rosebank Distillery, celebrated as one of the finest expressions of its region. This Flora and Fauna bottling exemplifies the elegant, refined character that defines Lowland whiskies—fresh, balanced, and remarkably sophisticated. On the nose, cereal notes predominate with hints of juicy barley sweetness and crisp wood smoke. The palate opens with a lively, slightly exuberant character marked by pepper and ginger, before mellowing into creamy, soft sweetness with subtle lemon zest and delicate floral hints. The finish is long and warming, initially showing liquorice notes before becoming progressively drier with a touch of bitter oak. A beautifully balanced dram that captures the essence of Lowland whisky elegance.
