Rozer

Vierboet Rozer is an expressive blended malt showcasing the distinctive style of this Dutch bottler based in Katwijk. This release combines peated malts with a subtle rum cask finish, creating a unique summer expression. The whisky shares the same base origin as the popular Smokey Catch, but is refined through secondary maturation in ex-rum casks from the Caribbean.

Rozer presents a powerful and rich nose with notes of oak and light spices, supported by characteristic peated character. On the palate, the whisky is soft and round, with subtle layers of honey, malt, and vanilla unfolding gracefully. The finish delivers caramel, brown sugar, and a hint of tobacco, intertwined with peaty warmth and pleasant dryness.
