Strathmill 2015 TCaH is an expressive single malt that beautifully blends the fruity character of the distillery with the rich, nutty sweetness of Tawny Port cask maturation. Accessible yet sophisticated, this 11-year-old offers excellent mouth feel and a long, gentle finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. The nose reveals inviting aromas of red fruits—cherry and raspberry—alongside sweet grapes and raisins, with soft malt notes underneath. On the palate, vanilla and butterscotch emerge in perfect balance, complemented by subtle grassiness. The finish is medium to long, very gentle and soothing, with lemon peel and a hint of limoncello lingering in the aftertaste.
