Wolfburn Black Saturday is a limited edition single malt from Thurso, one of Scotland's most northerly distilleries. This special expression honours a historic moment with striking artwork adorning the bottle. The whisky's character is defined by subtle smoky undertones and a refined balance between fruity and floral notes.

On the nose, initially smoky notes emerge, accompanied by vanilla and oak wood-shavings, with hints of fresh sea air. The palate opens with floral notes followed by raisins and light spices, as malty flavours develop with soft honey sweetness. The tasting experience unfolds in waves of varying intensity, featuring caramelised apples, stewed pears, and salted butter playing against more pronounced notes.
