The result is a refined and well-balanced dram that harmonises fruity sweetness with warming spice. On the nose, expect ripe red fruits, dried apricots, and honey alongside malty undertones and gentle oak influence. The palate reveals a creamy mouthfeel with fresh and dried fruits, caramel sweetness, and a distinctive spicy character from peppery and dried spice notes that add elegance and depth. The finish builds slowly and warmly, with lingering honey, peppery spice, and ginger creating a satisfying and memorable conclusion.
