Matured first in bourbon casks and then finished in Riesling wine casks, this whisky bridges Irish whiskey tradition with German winemaking expertise, delivering a distinctly fresh and zesty character with elegant acidity. The nose reveals bright citrus, apricot, and green apple notes alongside vanilla and honey. The palate showcases citrus and caramel with white pepper and ginger spice, complemented by the wine cask's subtle tannins and creamy mouthfeel. The finish maintains freshness with lingering citrus and fruit, touched by white pepper.
