Inchmurrin is among the lightest single malts produced at Loch Lomond Distillery, celebrated for its delicate and fruit-forward profile. This 11-year-old hogshead bottling from independent bottler Hogshead Imports delivers a refined expression at a robust 57.2% ABV that allows its subtle flavours to shine through with clarity and intensity. The nose reveals bright citrus and orchard fruits with delicate floral hints of violets. On the palate, a waxy mouthfeel carries notes of caramelised apple and fruity sweetness, complemented by white pepper and woody undertones. The finish turns warm and peppery, with black pepper and chili spice developing into a dry, woody fade punctuated by lingering red apple notes.
