Benriach Single Cask Cask Strength

Mannochmore 2007
Glen Moray's origins trace back to 1897, when the Elgin West Brewery was converted into the distillery we know today. This Speyside single malt has built a reputation for approachable, fruit-forward character—a whisky that prioritises clarity and balance over baroque complexity.
This 14-year-old expression was matured entirely in American oak, a choice that reinforces Glen Moray's signature soft, honeyed profile. Bottled at cask strength (53.8% ABV), it gains extra weight and texture without overwhelming the natural fruitiness that defines the distillery's house style.
The nose opens with honey and vanilla, followed by caramel sweetness. The palate brings citrus and toffee into focus, with ginger and peppery spice adding grip and definition. The finish lingers pleasantly, vanilla and toffee gradually giving way to warming spice.
