15 Feis Ile

Lagavulin's 15-year-old Feis Ile is a powerful expression from Islay's most iconic distillery. This festival bottling combines Lagavulin's characteristic smoky, medicinal signature with a refined balance achieved only through years of maturation. The whisky's profile is intense and assertive, with bold smoke that doesn't hide but rather amplifies the peaty malt character.

The nose reveals layers of sweet smoke, burnt herbs, and hints of caramelised sweetness, grounded by coastal notes of salt and iodine. On the palate, an oily, creamy texture develops with bursts of sweet fruit and spice, harmonising with the signature smoke. The finish is long and drying, with lingering medicinal notes that slowly fade, leaving a satisfying warmth.
