Aberargie Inaugural Release is a remarkable single malt whisky from the Aberargie Distillery, situated in Scotland's Lowland region. Known for its 'barley-to-bottle' philosophy, the entire production takes place on the Morrison family's estate. This is the distillery's first bottled whisky after nine years of maturation, paying homage to traditional Scottish whisky crafting. On the nose, this whisky presents aromas of baked apple and golden pastry, complemented by hints of sultanas and prunes. The palate is rich and full-bodied, featuring a spicy entry with notes of oak, cinnamon, and black pepper. Sherry influences highlight red fruits, plums, and dark chocolate. The finish is complex and pleasing, leaving a lasting impression.
