Hinch is a young Irish producer founded in 2020 in County Down, Northern Ireland, named after Ballynahinch—'town of the island' in Irish. This 10 Years expression is a blend of single malt and single grain whiskeys aged for at least a decade, with the final year spent in Oloroso sherry casks.

The marriage of grain and malt provides a full, smooth foundation that the sherry maturation enriches with warm, sweet character. Honey, dried fruit, and spice notes—nutmeg and clove—layer in on the nose, while vanilla and butterscotch tones persist through to a short, warming finish.
