Villa de Varda's inQuota project represents an ambitious venture in the Dolomites of Trentino Alto Adige, where tradition, terroir, and innovation converge. This mountain single malt is crafted from local raw materials and finished in Amarone casks — the celebrated red wine from Verona — creating an unexpected yet compelling combination.

The Amarone finish adds depth without heaviness. The nose opens with grassy and citrus notes, followed by dried tropical fruit and fresh vanilla. On the palate, spices emerge — black pepper, cinnamon, a whisper of nutmeg — alongside almond, walnut, and peanut notes. Fresh cereal tones provide structure, while white peaches lend a playful accent.
