Bowsaw takes its name from the cooper's traditional saw – the tool that shapes the barrels defining a whisky's character. This Straight Rye from Kentucky is a measured, well-composed American whisky with genuine substance.

Matured in American oak, the spirit strikes an impressive balance between grain and spice. Nutmeg and clove anchor the profile, supported by vanilla and a smooth finish that doesn't rush.

The nose presents woody and almond notes, followed by vanilla. On the palate, a bright, lively character emerges with subtle fruity undertones and a warm close where cinnamon and vanilla intertwine.
