Green Meadow The Harmony Collection

The Macallan Harmony Collection was created under whisky maker Polly Logan's direction, inspired by her time at Casa Cacao to craft single malts with indulgent chocolate notes. Green Meadow is a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, part of an annual series celebrating natural landscapes. This edition honours Scottish grasslands and emphasises sustainable packaging.

Matured in a blend of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this is an approachable, fruit-forward Macallan without the weight of typical expressions from the distillery. The profile is defined by citrus and floral character.

On the nose: fresh orange and lemon, wild primrose and bluebells, honeyed undertones. The palate brings rich lemon, creamy vanilla and almond, with fresh oak support. The finish is soft and sweet, clean and uncluttered—a departure from the heavier oak influence seen in some of the Harmony Collection's sister releases.
