Known for producing a light, delicate single malt with a slightly oily texture, Glenlossie eschews the heavy-handed approach. Bottled at cask strength (60%), this release shows why restraint has been the distillery's hallmark: no excessive oak, no spirit-crushing wood tannins, just clean spirit and time.

The nose is fresh and fruit-forward—pears, gooseberries, melons—with supporting notes of vanilla, mint and fresh grass. The palate remains elegant and measured: honey, toasted marshmallow, vanilla beans, and a pronounced but balanced spice. The finish dries with green herbs and white tea, cinnamon and nutmeg fading gradually.
