The GlenAllachie Teaspoon is a young, uncompromising blended malt helmed by legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker, who acquired the distillery in 2017 and reshaped its identity. With over fifty years in Scotch whisky, Walker brought a culture of precision and intent to this Speyside operation.

At 60% ABV and just six years old, Teaspoon embodies Walker's unconventional philosophy—youthful and unrefined, eschewing the polish of longer-aged releases. The name references the small, measured additions that define Walker's blending craft, where every component is weighed with intention.

On the nose, dark dried fruit and heather honey emerge, underpinned by sherry and red wine cask influence. The palate delivers syrupy body with chocolate, toffee, and molasses, before a warming finish of oak char and spice. This is a dram that makes no apologies for its youth—bold, cask-driven, and unafraid.
