Talisker 2001 is a classic Islands single malt from the legendary distillery on the rugged Isle of Skye, Scotland. This whisky embodies Talisker's distinctive coastal and smoky character, enriched by refined sherry notes from the Amoroso cask finish that defines this particular bottling. The nose opens with crisp citrus aromas—particularly orange and lemon—followed by coastal, briny notes and hints of tobacco leaves. On the palate, Talisker's signature peppery, spicy character shines through, underpinned by subtle peat smoke and a briny, maritime quality.
