The Triple Cask is a blend of three classic Irish whiskey styles: Single Grain, Single Malt, and Single Pot Still. This combination is matured in ex-bourbon barrels (contributing vanilla and caramel) and large sherry butts (adding depth and weight). The result is a light, approachable whiskey with subtle balance.
In the glass, the Triple Cask appears gold. The nose offers malt, vanilla, and hints of cinnamon. On the palate, toffee, dark chocolate, and gentle maltiness emerge, supported by sherry influence. The finish is light to medium, with toffee and caramel fading gradually.
