Benrinnes 2007 is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2007 and bottled at 11 years old. This release draws its character from first-fill sherry casks — a choice well-suited to Benrinnes' full-bodied spirit, which matures gracefully in European oak sherry wood.

The nose reveals walnuts and roasted nuts—pecans and pistachios—layered with yeasty malt. The palate shows delicate malty sweetness, honey, and sticky yellow fruits with apricot jam notes. The finish remains clean and relatively brief, with lingering walnut and malt.

This bottling exemplifies Benrinnes' richer, rounded profile when matured in sherry casks—a contrast to the bright, floral fruit-forward character the distillery displays in bourbon wood.
