Aberfeldy was founded in 1892 by the Dewar family, a name synonymous with Scottish spirits since 1846. This 25 Year Old marks a milestone for the distillery—a mature, considered whisky that demonstrates the full character of a quarter-century's patient aging in oak.

Its composition reflects disciplined craftsmanship: matured in first-fill bourbon and refill casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry wood. This layered maturation builds depth without harshness.

On the nose, marmalade, stewed peaches and honeycomb unfold with gentle richness. The palate brings red berries, orange peel and baking spice—clove and cinnamon—before a long, satisfying finish of vanilla and soft spice. The texture is silky, the profile balanced between orchard fruit and wood influence.
