Vanilla Burst

Wemyss Malts traces its heritage to the early 19th century, when John Haig established Cameron Bridge distillery on Wemyss family land in Fife in 1824. The family's whisky legacy continued into the modern era when William Wemyss founded the independent bottler bearing his name in 2005, carving out a reputation for thoughtfully curated regional blends.

Vanilla Burst is a blended malt of two Speyside single malts matured in 15 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. The limited release of 4800 bottles worldwide reinforces its exclusivity. At 46% ABV, it delivers sufficient weight without harshness.

The nose leads with vanilla and malty character, softened by grassy and floral undertones—a bright, summery profile. On the palate, vanilla returns alongside citrus and stewed fruit, with a whisper of mint. The finish extends with red berries and a gentle drying edge.
